Compensation Overview
Earn More as Your Network Grows. Partners can choose how they earn:
- One-time referral payments, or
- A competitive percentage of gross revenue for as long as the client funds with Porter
What We Do and Do NOT Factor
We wanted to share with you what we do and do not factor. If you do not know, feel free to still send it. Our team will be happy to research and will keep you updated on the status of that lead.
What We Do Factor:
- Brokerages (with 1 Year of Experience)
- Box Trucks
- Cargo/Sprinter Vans
- Car hauler (Semi only)
- Dry Vans
- Dump Truck (per underwriting approval)
- Flat Bed
- Hot Shot (30ft – 40ft trailer)
- Power Only
- Reefer
- Specialized (gravel, sand, hopper bottoms)
What We Do NOT Factor:
- Brokers with less than 1 year of active brokerage experience
- Carriers with an MCA loan
- Hotshots with less than 30ft trailers
- Hotshot Car haulers (they must be a Semi Car hauler)
- Brokers or Carriers located in California, Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada
