About Porter Freight Funding
Founded in 1991, Porter Capital Corporation started providing working capital services to a variety of industries, including the trucking industry.
In 2011, Porter Capital acquired an experienced transportation factoring company and formed Porter Billing Services, LLC, now named Porter Freight Funding. Porter specializes in funding solutions for the trucking industry through freight factoring by providing 24-hour pay on freight invoices. Porter Freight serves small and mid-sized trucking companies throughout the United States by providing a flexible approach to the working capital needs of our clients. As well as its factoring work, Porter provides access to a dispatching network with pre-approved brokers and shippers and free fuel cards to truck drivers with fuel advances and discounts at chains across the United States.
Porter Freight Funding is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama and has an operations office in Hartselle, AL. Porter’s most valuable asset is its staff, which has 100+ combined years of freight factoring experience.
